Couch Surfing 101
Recently I have got active in couch surfing specially in pune community and my first impression is that its much more awesome, personal and social than any other pune related stuff going on internet including twitter and meetups. Pune bunch is a small group but very proactive and passionate about physical meetups, something which is good to see in login/logout world. It has been just 3 days since I joined the group and I have seen one night out at sinhgad planned and 2 meetups already seen through which is just plain awesome for a guy like me who dreams of mountains and his life there but not willing to logout.
Anyways the point of the post is to introduce you to couch surfing 101 written by Benjamin Varquez (One Couch Surfer) which I have converted to a pdf (with my limited formatting vodoo) as it was hard to read the way it was presented in the forums. I hope someone like me who has got used to reading small chunks on internet would appreciate the effort. Also Big Kudos to Benjamin to write the guide in first place.
I have been on couch surfing for quite some time now but I recently got excited when Mitchell (whom I met at GNUNIFY) came to live with us for few days. All about him and times we spent in a separate post.
